    Hey SquidFlicks,

It’s the boss man. I want to let you all know how much I appreciate your support over the past 7 (!!!!) years. That’s an incredibly long time for a website to be around. Because SquidFlicks is older than internet dirt, the site has inevitably changed over the years. One change that I am particularly proud of is the increased quality and depth of reviews over the past three years versus the previous four. I myself know that I have grown as a writer and analytical thinker, as have many of our other contributors.

  • Summer 2014 Update

Nothing amazing or groundbreaking here, folks, but I just wanted to touch base and make a quick announcement.

In a desperate attempt to bolster our video uploads and keep content on the site fresh, I am testing out using my newly acquired Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro to record, edit, and upload videos. While these won’t be stunning displays of modern video techniques, they WILL be content and if they are of suitable quality then this will be a good route to take for future content.

I will be putting this to the test over the rest of the summer. Let me know what you think. I am FREE from college and that means I have some time for SF again. Let’s rock this thing!

  • St. Patrick’s Day 2010

Welcome everyone to the SquidFlicks St. Patrick’s Day celebration! There is a TON of stuff to enjoy this year! Have a great day, folks!

First off is a homage to last year’s post, which consisted of the reviews of four of the Leprechan movies, also included a Leprechan Video Review, and a written interview with Tim Gross:

  • Suggest topics with Skribit!

Hello SquidFlicks! I am currently working on integrating a new feature into the site: suggested topics/reviews.

My plan is to do this through another web service known as Skribit. I will let you know more as development gets close to completion!

  • WHOA! SquidFlicks 3.0?

Hello everyone. You remember all those times I said a new SquidFlicks was coming? Well finally, after months of designing and redesigning, I have finally made my final choice, and with some new-found freetime late on this Friday night, (now technically) Saturday morning, I decided to get to work.

There are still some minor things to tweak here and there, but it works, and that’s the most important thing here. Sorry for all that delay, SquidFlickians – Shelby does deliver!

This was also one of my resolutions, so boo-yah! 🙂
